Who is Ney?
Hi! I’m Renee, a private nail tech based in Franklin, Tennessee, specializing in gel services and natural nail care.
Healthy nails always come first for me. I love helping my clients grow out and maintain their natural nails through soft gel and hard gel services, while always making sure we’re doing what’s best for your nail health. I also offer Gel-X and love creating fun nail art. I’ll never turn down a crazy design or a good challenge!
A little about me: I was born and raised in Oregon, love the ocean, and spent a year living in Hawaii. When I’m not doing nails, I love trying new restaurants and spending time with my family and fiancé.

Policies
I can't wait to have you in my chair! These are a few little things that help every appointment run smoothly and keep my space relaxing for everyone. Tap a heading to open it.
Cancellations
I know life happens, and I'm always happy to help you reschedule when I can. Because I set aside this time just for you, cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of your reserved services. Same-day cancellations are charged 100% of your reserved services.

Please give yourself plenty of time for travel and traffic so you can arrive relaxed. If you're running behind, just message me right away and we'll see if I can still take care of you.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, I may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten your service so I don't run into my next client's time.
No-shows
If an appointment is missed without notice, the full cost of the service you were scheduled for will be charged, since that time can't be offered to someone else. A quick message lets me know you're not coming, and I'd much rather hear from you!
No-show: 100%Guests
I love that you want to bring someone along, but my room is small and can't comfortably fit extra chairs. Please check with me before your appointment if you'd like to bring a guest, and I'll let you know if we can make it work.
Screen time
This is your time to unwind! Keeping phone time to a minimum helps your set go quickly and gets you the best result. Moving around can cause delays or mean your nails need to be corrected. I have a TV for you to enjoy, so you'll have something to watch while we work.
Plan accordingly
Great nails take time, and some of my sets can take up to 3 hours. Please choose a day when you can settle in and enjoy it without rushing. My goal is to leave you with my very best work, and I can only do that when we're not in a hurry.
